Managing Your Time

The managing your time lessons will show you some basic strategies for making and keeping a plan. You will begin by looking forward, imagining what you will be in 10 years. With this image of your future self you will then set short term goals and set tasks to be completed on a daily or weekly basis. Each task is put on your weekly schedule so you can begin planning each day’s activities. You will learn about keeping a record of your activities, and will start working on your own plan for success.

Students will:

  1. Establish goals.
  2. Prioritize their activities.
  3. Create and use a schedule.
  4. Use basic record keeping skills.

  • Computer and Projector for Videos
  • Student Planner
  • Legal or Ledger Size Paper for Posters (Optional)
